Part one: Design Condition:
1. It is used to coating UV lacquer on the surface of narrow strips of PVC/ABS EB.
2. The effective UV coating width is 240mm, it can coat 1-8pcs of EB at one time, but max width is not over 240mm.
3. It can coat Matt UV lacquer, shine UV lacquer and high gloss UV lacquer.
4. After UV drying, we install protective film wrapping device for EB to protect surface of EB.

Unwinder(prepared by yourself or from us)→coating UV lacquer→2.8m IR heating flattening →
three-UV lamp dryer→winder(prepared by yourself or from us)
Part three: basic assembly of each station:
3.1)UV Glazing station-three roller coating-2 Frequency Inverters controlled
► It is used to coating UV lacquer on the top of EB, which can get matt, shine and high gloss effect, and also it can protect design inks no fading and anti-scratch.
► Total three-roller station, if you want Matt or shine effect only, you can adopt first station to coating matt UV lacquer, if you want high gloss effect, you can adopt second and third station to coating high gloss UV lacquer, the third PU glazing roller is controlled by its own motor and frequency inverter to control, you can adjust it to get different shine effects.

3.2) 2.8m IR heating&flattening station
► It is used to heating and melting UV lacquer by IR lamps, and also the solvent from UV lacquer can be volatilized after heating, so the bubble won’t be made on the EB.
► It adopts 6pcs of 500w IR lamps to drying base color inks.
► To protect electric controller won’t be splashed by inks, we install it on the IR dying station to control former station running.

3.3) UV drying station
►It is used to curing/drying UV lacquer because UV lacquer should be dried by rays from UV lamp, or it won’t drying naturally or IR lamps.
►It adopts 3pcs of UV lamps to drying UV lacquer, matching 3pcs of transformer+3pcs of capacitor to working together, it also have stronger and light rays, so you can adjust rays according to requirement.
►we adopts 2sets of 0.75kw Low Noise Centrifugal Blower to exhaust heating energy from oven out, so the EB is not easy to burn.
►after drying, it has press rollers to drawing EB out of machine into rewinder.

3.4)Unwinder&Winder (unwinder is used to unwinding PVC EB rolls into UV coating line; winder is used to rewinding PVC EB into rolls), you can prepare by yourself, but also can buy from us.
1. It has friction brake to control tension of unwinding for unwinder;
2. It adopts torque motor to drive rewinding for winder;

Part Five: Payment and Delivery Terms
1) Delivery time: Approx. 50days from receipt of down payment.
2) Payment: 30% advance payment with order by T/T;
70% left payment paid before shipment by T/T
3) Guarantee: the machine is under warranty for one year, but not including the artificial wrong operation.
4) Assembling works: Machine can be installed and start up will be done by our technician at your workshop. This period will not exceed 5 days including the training of your 2 people. For this service a round trip airplane ticket (economy class) and accommodation& food expenses of our technician will be borne by you, and also offer 50USD/day as technical subsidy for our technician.
