Performance:

◎ We design this machine is special used for transfer printing designs from PET foil onto flat PVC panel online within 300mm wide, the machine will be installed before Haul-off and after calibration table.

◎ It has air expansion shaft as unwinding shaft and also adopt magnetic powder brake to control tension of PET foil;

◎It adopt heating system to stamp designs from PET foil onto PVC panel through silicon roller, so the machine working is much better than without heating system.

◎ It is installed on extrusion line, so the center height is 1m per extrusion line. If any special height, please let us know, we will make accordingly.

◎ The working speed of hot stamping machine is similar to extrusion line, so it can save two or three employees at least.
