1. Application：

● This machine is special used for laminating PVC decorative film on the surface of PVC/WPC wall panels, cabinet doors and etc by solvent PU glue;

4. Basic assembly of machine：

First part: Transmitting part (L*W*H):5000x1100x2200mm

1. The structure of machine is made by channel steel, rectangle steel and Q235 steel plate;

2. It adopts Q235 the steel plate manufactures to transport the set.

3. It adopts the cast iron wrapped with NBR manufactures the conveying wheel.

4. It adopts 45# steel to make transmission chain wheel and transmission shaft.

5. It adopts 2.2kw electromagnetic timing motor with cycloid speed reducer as drive power.

6. It adopts double-line chain wheel (45#) as to spread to move the medium with the chain.

Second part: brush cleaning part

1. It adopts rolling brushes to cleaning surface of panels.

2. It adopts 2.2kw dust exhaust to collect cleaned dust.

Third part: heating unit

1. It adopts 1.5mm cold steel plank to make heating oven and heating passage, the heating power is 16kw.

2. It adopts infrared lamps to preheating profiles.

Fourth part: Unwinding unit

1. It adopts Q235 steel sheet to make wall board of unwinding unit.

2. It adopts air shaft to make unwinding shaft.

3. It adopts magnetic powder arrester to control tension.

4. It adopts solid aluminum pump to make guiding roller for film.

 Fifth part: Gluing unit (scraping coating type)

1. It adopts casting aluminum to make glue container.

2. It adopts 45# steel to make scrapper and limiting stopper.

3. It adopts Q235 steel after finished flat to make sub face plate and plinth.

4. It adopts chrome-plated 45# round steel to make guide shaft at both side.

 Sixth part: Compound unit

1.  It adopts seamless steel pump with wrapped red NBR to make main press roller.

2. It adopts 45# round steel with wrapped red NBR to make model wheel.

3. It adopts 45# round steel to make model shaft, install shaft and joint heads, etc.

4. It adopts plastic welding pistol as heating power when compounding.

Seventh part: Electric Controller

1. It adopts cold rolled steel sheet to make electric controller.

2. It adopts domestic famous brand of electric spare parts for machine.

5. Payment and Delivery Terms:

2) Delivery time: Approx. 50days from receipt of down payment.

3) Payment: 30% advance payment with order.

70% balance payment when the machine will be ready for shipment.

4) Guarantee: the machine is under warranty for one year, but not including the artificial wrong operation.

5) Assembling works: Machine can be installed and start up will be done by our technician at your workshop. This period will not exceed 5 days including the training of your 2 people. For this service a round trip airplane ticket (economy class) and accommodation& food expenses of our technician will be borne by you and also offer technical subsidy 100USD per day.
