◆ The conveying unit roller is made of seamless steel pipe with shaft(made by 45# light and round steel)in the middle.

◆ Transmitting unit adopts 3KW cycloid pin-wheel speed reducer motor as drive power; It adopts double line chain wheel(45#) and double line chains as drive medium;

◆ It adopts 20mm wool felt to coating agent for easy adhesive on the surface of the materials;

◆ It adopts far infrared quartz pipe to heat;

◆ It adopts automatic rectify deviation controller to control the location of film laminating;
