4.1) conveying unit to feeding boards into laminating line

1. The sizes of this unit: 2000x1600x850mm

2. The function of this unit is used to feeding in boards into production line;

4. It adopts zinc-plated steel roller as conveying roller.

4.2) Main part of laminating machine*1

1. The function of this unit is used to cleaning boards by brush and coating cold solvent glue on the boards;

3. It adopts NBR rubber with seamless steel pipe to make pressing roller and it adopts 2pieces of air cylinder to control pressing roller;

4. It adopts 1piece of rolling brush with 2.2kw dust exhauster to cleaning the dust of boards;

5. It adopts NBR rubber roller as coating roller(150*1450mm) and seamless steel pipe with chromeplated as metric roller;

6. The coating roller is controlled by separate 1.5kw worm gear motor with Frequency converter to control running;

7. It adopts 1piece of 2.2kw cycloidal pinwheel reducer motor to control transmitting this unit and preheating unit;

8. It adopts 3pieces of NBR rollers to pressing film with boards together with air cylinder control;

9. It adopts 3pieces of NBR rollers to support boards for each pressing roller;

10. It adopts rubber roller to transmitting final finished boards.

11. It adopts 1piece of 1.5kw cycloidal pinwheel reduce motors to control main part;

12. it adopts air expansion shaft as unwinding shaft for protective film then use pressing roller to press protective film on the boards.

Part 5. Commercial items:

1) Delivery time: Approx. 50days from receipt of down payment.

2) Payment: 30% advance payment with order.

70% when the machine will be ready for shipment.

3) Guarantee: the machine is under warranty for one year, but not including the artificial wrong operation.

4) Assembling works: Machine can be installed and start up will be done by our technician at

your workshop. This period will not exceed 10 days including the training of your 2 people. For this service a round trip airplane ticket (economy class) and accommodation& food expenses of our technician will be borne by you and also offer 50USD/day subsidy for our technician.
