1. Design condition:

① This line is used to printing patterns and coating UV lacquer on the surface of wider PVC/ABS edge band.

② The effective printing width is 100~350mm, thickness of rolling material is: 0.4-1.2mm.

③ Adopt solvent printing ink, water-based ink and UV lacquer

④ The design color is 3 colors.

⑤ Speed V=2-15m/min.


2. The whole line consisting of:

  - 1x double unwinding station

  - 1x haul-off station with photoelectric deviation rectify

  - 1x liquid cleaning with haul-off station

  - 1x background printing station

  - 1x 6m IR heating units for decoration printing(with thermal-insulation)

5. The basic assemble of each part

Part one: unwinding unit & rewinding unit

1. the visual sizes: 1600*1200*1800mm(LxWxH)x 2

2. it adopts double parallel bars of unwinding device and it adopt rectangle steel to make frame;

3. it adopts 5kg magnetic powder controller to control unwinding rolls of edge band reliable.

4. it adopts Q235 to make wall panel of equipment.

5. It adopts air-expanded spindle as unwinding and rewinding shafts;

6. The rewinding unit adopts torque motor as transmission motor (the magnetic powder brake is made in Ningxia Machinery Research Institution and torque motor is made in Xianfeng Motor Factory.)


Part two: Haul-off unit*2units

1. Visual sizes: 600×900×1500(L×W×H)

2. It adopts Q235 steel to make wallpanel of equipment and rectangle steel pipe to make support shaft of equipment.

3. It adopts 45# steel wrapped NBR to make tension roller (φ240×500) to make drawing roller;

4. It adopts 2kw servo motor as transmission motor and frequency converter timing motor to control.


Part Three: background printing unit

1. The visual sizes of this unit: 1500*1000*1350(LxWxH);

2.  It adopts rectangle steel pipe to make frame and Q235 to make wall panel of this unit;

3. It adopts 45# seamless steel pipe with chromeplated to make conveying roller (φ150x420);

4. It adopts 45# seamless steel pipe to make metric roller with chromeplated (φ120x500) and printing rubber roller is made of seamless steel pipe(45#steel core) wrapped with PU rubber(φ205x500)

5. It adopts 1kw servo motor to transmit and frequency converter timing motor to control;.

6. It adopt s handwheel to adjust metric roller to control the consumption of inks,.

7. It adopts stainless steel to make liquid tank which is used to collect and recycle ink.

8. It adopts pneumatic double diaphragm pump to furnish inks.


Part Four: IR heating & drying with thermal-insulation device

1. Visual sizes: 3000x 900 x 1000(LxWxH)

2. It adopts 10# channel steel to make frame of this unit;

3. It adopts 1.5mm thickness of cold rolled steel sheet to make heating oven.

4. It adopts infrared lamp to heat and blow hot wind by blower, the max temperature is 80℃.


Part Five: wooden grain design printing unit*2units

1. visual sizes: 800*1000*1350(LxWxH)

2. It adopts rectangle steel to make base plate and Q235 steel board to make mainframe and printing wallboard.

3. The conveying roller adopts seamless steel pipe with chrome plated to make(φ150 x 420).

4. It adopts pneumatic cylinder to control the thickness of edge banding.

5. the design roller isφ201.6x500 and printing rubber roller is made of seamless steel pipe(45#steel core) wrapped with PU rubber(φ205x500); and it adopts 2kw servo motor to drive rubber rollers;

6. the scrapping block is made of hard aluminum and blade is imported from Belgium. It adopts worm wheel and worm shaft to control the angle of ink scrapping. The blade is 540 x 40 x 0.16.

7. It adopts stainless steel to make liquid tank which is used to collect and recycle ink.

8. It adopts pneumatic double diaphragm pump to furnish ink, each unit needs one set.


Part Six: UV coating unit

1. Visual sizes:1500 x 1200 x 1350(LxWxH)

2. It adopts pneumatic cylinder to control the thickness of edge banding.

3. The conveying roller is made of seamless steel pipe(45#steel shaft in the middle) wrapped with NBR to make(φ150 x420).

4. It adopts 45# seamless steel pipe to make metric roller with chromeplated (φ150x500) and UV coating rubber roller is made of seamless steel pipe (45#steel core) wrapped with PU rubber(φ205x500);


Part Seven: heating flattening*1

1. Visual sizes: 3000 x 900 x 1000(LxWxH)

2. It adopts 10# channel steel to make frame of this unit;

3. The cover of heating oven is made of 1.5mm thickness of cold rolled steel sheet;

4. It adopts infrared lamp to heat and blow hot wind by blower, the max temperature is 80℃;


Part Eight: UV drying unit

1. Visual sizes: 2500x900x1650(LxWxH)

2. It adopts 8# channel steel to make frame and 2mm thickness of cold rolled steel to make container.

3. There have 6 pieces ultra violet lamps (5kw) and 4 sets transformers (5kw).

4. There have one of 1.5kw exhaust fan on the top of UV drier.


Part Nine: Haul-off unit with water cooling system

1. Visual sizes: 800×1000×1500(L×W×H)

2. It adopts Q235 steel to make wallpanel of equipment and rectangle steel pipe to make support shaft of equipment.

3. It adopts 45# steel wrapped NBR to make tension roller (φ240×500) to make drawing roller;

Part Ten: electric panel

1. It adopts 2mm thickness of cold rolled steel to make electric controller.

2. The electric spare parts are adopted domestic famous brand(we can also offer according to clients’ special requirement)and whole line is controlled by PLC.


6. Payment and Delivery Terms:

1) Manufacturing time: 65days from receipt of down payment.

2) Payment: 30% advance payment with order by T/T;

70% left payment paid before shipment by T/T.

3) Guarantee: the machine is under warranty for one year, but not including the artificial wrong operation and wearing parts. Yuda takes charge of maintains for whole life.

4) Assembling works:

1. When machine will be finished, we will inform client to take raw material to our factory to test machine. The printing effect should be the same as samples offered by clients. (For this matter, please send us your samples what you want first.)

2. If tested well, client will pay left payment and arrange shipment and send containers to Yuda factory to load equipment into containers.

3. in case not, some modifications have to be done by Yuda. Client will test again if necessary till satisfied. If it can not get good result on basis of 3rd testing, Yuda will charge for client’s extra testing.

4. After machine arrived to client’s factory, Yuda will send technicians to install and debug machine again till machine running very well, client will charge return tickets for 2 engineers, offer food and room for them and also pay 100USD/day subsidy for each engineer.
