Part 1: Application

◎ It is used for printing designs special for wooden grain designs on the PVC/ABS edge bands, but also coating UV lacquer on the top to protect ink designs and anti-scratch.

◎ It adopts solvent inks and UV lacquer, which can get Matt effect, shine and high gloss effect.

◎ The PVC/ABS edge band is used for sealing edges of various furniture.

Part 2. Process of printing line

working process of printing line

Unwinding(normally 4pieces) → background color printing for base color of EB → IR drying for base color inks → 1st design printing for wooden grain design or other designs for EB → conveying and drying by axis fans → 2nd design printing for wooden grain design or other designs for EB → conveying and drying by axis fans → Three-roller UV coating for coating UV lacquer on the top of EB → IR heating for heating and flattening UV lacquer → drying UV lacquer by UV lamps → winding finished EB(normally 4pieces)

Part 4. Basic assembly of YBW3240

4.1) Background printing unit

► It is used to printing base/background color on the bottom of PVC edge bands. Normally the extruded EB could not match the design wooden color very much, so it needs to printing base color on the EB, which can make top wooden grain design more vivid like true wood grains.

► We adopt double-roller station to printing base color, it can complete cover white color of EB into other colors like brown, black, red and etc. Just for EB, it’s better to make extruded EB with some colors which is near its printed designs, that will look more vivid. At that time, you can adopt one-roller station to printing base color, it’s more flexible.

► It is used to drying base color inks by IR lamps and also we adopts blower to blowing hot winds to make inks drying faster.

► It adopts 6pcs of 500w IR lamps to drying base color inks.

► It adopts 60w blower to blowing hot energy into whole oven to drying inks faster.

► To protect electric controller won’t be splashed by inks, we install it on the IR dying station to control former station running.

4.3) wooden grain design printing station*2stations

► It is used to printing wooden grains patterns or other patterns on the surface of PVC edge bands.

► It needs to make design cylinders, and install design cylinder on the machine. When machine running, the patterns from design cylinder will connect to PU rubber roller, the PU rubber roller will connect to edge band, the patterns will be transfer printed on the EB by inks.

► The different patterns will be engraved on their own cylinders, it’s an investment. You may offer us the pattern samples, we can make it per your sample for you.

4.5) UV Glazing station-three roller coating-2 Frequency Inverters controlled

► It is used to coating UV lacquer on the top of EB, which can get matt, shine and high gloss effect, and also it can protect design inks no fading and anti-scratch.

► Total three-roller station, if you want Matt or shine effect only, you can adopt first station to coating matt UV lacquer, if you want high gloss effect, you can adopt second and third station to coating high gloss UV lacquer, the third PU glazing roller is controlled by its own motor and frequency inverter to control, you can adjust it to get different shine effects.

4.6) 2.8m IR heating&flattening station

► It is used to heating and melting UV lacquer by IR lamps, and also the solvent from UV lacquer can be volatilized after heating, so the bubble won’t be made on the EB.

► It adopts 6pcs of 500w IR lamps to drying base color inks.

► To protect electric controller won’t be splashed by inks, we install it on the IR dying station to control former station running.

4.7) UV drying station

►It is used to curing/drying UV lacquer because UV lacquer should be dried by rays from UV lamp, or it won’t drying naturally or IR lamps.

►It adopts 3pcs of UV lamps to drying UV lacquer, matching 3pcs of transformer+3pcs of capacitor to working together, it also have stronger and light rays, so you can adjust rays according to requirement.

►We adopts 2sets of 0.75kw Low Noise Centrifugal Blower to exhaust heating energy from oven out, so the EB is not easy to burn.

►After drying, it has press rollers to drawing EB out of machine into rewinder.

4.8) Unwinder&Winder

► It is used to unwinding the edge band rolls into printing line and winding edge band rolls after printing.

► Unwinder adopts brake to unwinding rolls and winder adopts torque motor to control winding speed.

► torque motor for winding machine is 5N.M-6.

► the diameter of unwinding&winding core is 200mm.

► the operation table is 800mm wide.

►the center height is 800mm.


Part 5. Payment and Delivery Terms:

1) Delivery time: Approx. 50days from receipt of down payment.

2) Payment: 30% advance payment with order by T/T;

70% T/T left payment before shipment by T/T.

3) Guarantee: the machine is under warranty for one year, but not including the artificial wrong operation.

4) Assembling works: Machine can be installed and start up will be done by our technician at your workshop. This period will not exceed 5 days including the training of your 2 people. For this service a round trip airplane ticket (economy class) and accommodation& food expenses of our technician will be borne by you, and also offer 50USD/day as technical subsidy for our technician.
